VYNIX LIQUID RUSH: WATER SORT
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 23 October 2026 · Android versions 1.13 and earlier
Version note: Version 1.13 is a prepared update; availability depends on the Google Play rollout. The new controls below apply once you install 1.13. See the earlier-version section below if you still use 1.12 or an older release.
Liquid Rush (com.vynixstudio.liquidrush) is operated by Gislaine Borges, trading as Vynix Studio, Portugal. Contact: hello@vynixstudio.com.
Your choices
Use Privacy at the top of the game to read this policy, change your age group, review Google ad privacy choices when available in your region, retry a failed consent check, or change optional Analytics. You can play without enabling Analytics. If the ad privacy check fails, ads stay paused and the game remains playable.
We ask for an age band, not a birth date. The choice is stored on your device. Under 13: ads and Analytics are disabled. Ages 13–17: ad requests use Google's under-age-of-consent treatment, non-personalised ads and a general-audience content limit; Analytics is disabled. Adults: Google's consent form is shown when required by region. The app checks consent status before requesting ads. Ad availability, including limited ads where supported, follows Google's consent settings. These settings apply to version 1.13 and later; earlier versions did not offer these controls.
Game progress
Puzzles, progress, settings and a local guest identifier are stored on your device. There is no player account or cloud game server operated by Vynix Studio. Android may back up game data under your device settings. Privacy preferences are excluded from app backups so choices are requested again on a new installation or device. Uninstalling or clearing app data can erase progress.
Advertising
We use Google AdMob to fund the game. Depending on age, region and consent, the SDK may process IP addresses (including approximate location), device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, device information and diagnostics for advertising, measurement, security and fraud prevention. Teen requests disable personalised advertising and transmission of the Android advertising identifier through Google's under-age treatment. AdMob may still process information needed to serve and secure non-personalised ads. All ad requests have a general-audience content limit. We do not collect precise GPS location.
For adults, Google manages applicable ad consent and regional privacy options. You can reopen available choices in Privacy. Declining personalisation is not the same as preventing every form of ad-related processing; Google's form explains the available choices. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps.
Optional usage analytics
Firebase Analytics is off by default and can only be enabled by adults through the separate switch in Privacy. When enabled, Google may receive app-instance identifiers, device and app information, approximate location derived from IP, sessions and app interactions. We use this to understand usage and improve the game. Analytics advertising storage, advertising identifiers, ad user data and ad personalisation are disabled in the app configuration.
Turn Analytics off at any time to stop future collection and reset the local Analytics identifier. This does not automatically erase data already processed by Google. Contact us for help with a data request; without an account we may be unable to associate SDK records with you. We do not use Crashlytics or a separate crash-reporting service.
Support, purposes and legal bases
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use it to answer and resolve your request. Resolved support emails are deleted after 12 months unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Do not send sensitive information you do not need to share.
Where applicable, we rely on consent for optional Analytics and consent-dependent advertising; on providing the requested service for local gameplay and support; and on legitimate interests for necessary security, fraud prevention and handling enquiries, subject to your rights. A privacy policy is not a consent request.
Sharing, retention and transfers
Advertising and optional Analytics information is transmitted to Google and may be shared with advertising partners according to the choices and restrictions above. Support information may be processed by our email and hosting providers. We may disclose information when legally required. We do not sell a separate customer database.
SDK data retention depends on the service, its purpose and provider settings; we do not promise a universal deletion period. Google may process information outside your country, including outside the EEA, using applicable transfer safeguards. Google SDKs encrypt data in transit. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and children
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing or withdraw consent. Email hello@vynixstudio.com. You may complain to Portugal's data protection authority, CNPD, or your local authority.
The game is intended for ages 13 and above. The under-13 setting is a protective fallback, not an invitation to children. Parents or guardians can contact us with concerns.
Earlier versions: 1.12 and below
Earlier releases initialise AdMob and Firebase Analytics without the in-app age selection, consent manager or Analytics switch described above. They may collect advertising identifiers where available, app-instance identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, app lifecycle and usage events, ad interactions and technical diagnostics for advertising, analytics, security and fraud prevention. They are not “no data collected” apps. Offline use does not guarantee no later transmission of locally stored events.
The new privacy controls do not change software already installed on your device. Update to 1.13 when it becomes available to use them. Android advertising privacy settings can reset or delete the advertising ID, depending on Android version, but do not stop all technical processing or erase information already received by providers. Reading this policy does not itself provide consent. The controller, support retention, rights and contact information in this policy also apply to earlier versions.
Updates
We update this policy when the app or our practices change. This policy identifies differences between versions so that you can understand the practices that apply to your installation.
